What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring an ID (Driver’s License) and your insurance card. To shorten your wait, please print the following forms and fill them out before your arrival

Can I see one specific doctor?

We recognize that gynecology is a very personal and private specialty. You can see the gynecologist of your choice and make appointments accordingly. In the event that your personal physician is unavailable (as in an emergency situation), another member of our group would be happy to assist you.

It is important to us that every mother be comfortable with the physician who is on call at the time of her delivery. For this reason, our pregnant patients are seen by every physician in the practice.

Where are you located?

Do you perform ultrasounds in the office?

Our office is equipped with two GE Voluson 730 ultrasound machines, providing the latest in 3D and 4D imaging. All of our scans are performed by board certified ultrasonographers specializing in obstetrical and gynecologic imaging. For your convenience, ultrasounds are offered Wednesday evenings (5:00-8:30 PM), Friday mornings, and Saturdays (9AM-3PM).

What is HALO? Do you offer this service?

HALO is the latest weapon in the fight against breast cancer. It is a simple, non-invasive way to screen for abnormal cells from the breast, oftentimes finding precancerous changes up to 7 years prior to their detection by standard mammography.  While not a replacement for mammography, it may be especially appropriate in younger women aged 25-55 years old as there is no radiation exposure and the denser breasts in women of this age may obscure lesions on mammograms. We offer the HALO test at a reduced rate to our patients, without prior appointment. For more information, click HERE.

What is Essure? Do you offer this procedure?

Essure is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that provides permanent sterility without any cuts, scars, stitches or long recovery. Patients are home the same day and usually back to work or school the next morning. For more information, click HERE.

What hospitals do you work at/admit to?

Over the past ten years, our physicians have worked in a large number of hospitals throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. With the opening of Memorial Hospital Miramar In March, 2006 we chose to limit our practice to this facility: the newest, best staffed hospital in South Florida. We are proud to have performed the first vaginal deliveries and surgical cases at this institution, and have worked since its inception to make it the best choice for our patients.
